Don’t need a whole bird? How about a turkey breast? It will feed around 6 people easily.
These turkey's get pampered well before a fire bath. They will be brined in apple juice, injected with seasoned butter and rubbed with cajun seasonings. Once smoked, these turkeys are juicy and flavorful. Either way, they will be placed in a foil pan and wrapped in foil which makes them easy to re-heat without drying out (325 degrees for about 45 min).
This item is available for pick up in Clarkston, GA on November 26, starting at 2pm.
Vegan Slayer BBQ is often confused with Vegan BBQ and that can't be farther from the truth. Actually, the story behind the name just happened by chance one night. In talking with a group of friends (one of whom was vegan) about the Vegan lifestyle, the discussion turned towards how meat fat can make him sick pretty quick. Someone joked that a meat fat must be like kryptonite to a vegan. And then, all in good fun, the phrase Vegan Slayer BBQ was born. I enjoy cooking with love and time and doing things the purist way. True cooking takes time, and taste better with pure ingredients! And life is too short to eat bland food, so come try our food at an event or hire us for your next event, you will have people talking for weeks afterwards!
I enjoy catering and "throwing down" with whole hog bbq, beast feasts, fundraisers, and coming up with new ways to deliver taste in bbq. I travel quite a bit on the weekends, so I also have come up with a line of jerky, snack sticks, bbq rub and sauce.
